Hi, I'm Omar Ghyasy — Founder of RnR Stays.
My journey began long before I ever stepped into property. I came to the UK as a teenager, studied law, and started my career at the BBC World Service — learning how to communicate with clarity, respect, and curiosity.
I later spent 10 years with the International Committee of the Red Cross, supporting vulnerable families around the world. That experience shaped the values I carry today: integrity, service, and doing things with heart.
Travel has always been at the centre of my life — whether moving countries to seek a better future, travelling for leisure, or navigating demanding work assignments internationally. I know firsthand the difference a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay can make. It brings stability during uncertain moments, restores energy during long journeys, and boosts productivity when travelling for work. These experiences continue to shape how I approach hospitality.
When my own family started growing, I wanted to build a business that offered stability, freedom, and long‑term security — and property became that pathway. I launched RnR Stays not just to grow a business, but to help landlords and investors achieve the same peace of mind through a trusted, hands‑free serviced accommodation solution.
Today, we manage short-let properties across London and beyond, delivering exceptional guest experiences while creating reliable income for property owners.
